What’s for Lunch?

Meal Muji, Ginza

Muji (which means plain or without a pattern in Japanese) is a popular store chain for non-branded housewares, clothing, accessories and food. Ayaka recently took us to the Muji shop in Ginza which has a Meal Muji cafeteria-style restaurant on the 2nd floor. At Meal Muji you can choose one of six main dishes and two salad sides plus rice or bread for about 690 yen. The child’s meal is also the same but comes with a drink and costs about 100 yen less. The bright and spacious high-ceilinged dining room makes it a good and affordable spot in the Ginza area for lunch with lots of kids.

To get to Meal Muji take JR Keihin Tohoku or Yamanote lines or Tokyo Metro Hibiya line to Yurakucho Station. From there walk towards the Kotsukaikan and make a left where you’ll see Bic Camera and Muji right beside it.
